2. Choose your financing option
An integral component of the retrofit process is discussing your particular financing needs. Because LEDs offer such a substantial reduction in electricity costs, it’s possible to leverage those savings to pay for the entirety of your project. By partnering with financial institutions that have expertise in energy efficiency projects, payments can be structured so that most projects are able to realize a positive cash flow immediately. This allows for you to pay for your project while seeing some of those electricity savings immediately.
3. Agree to the project proposal
Now that we’ve finished our analysis and determined your financing needs, all that’s left to do is to review your custom project proposal and sign at the bottom. This report will detail each component of the project and will function as your blueprint throughout the installation and activation phases, ensuring that you know just what you’re getting and what you can expect once everything is installed.
4. Complete installation
With an agreed upon project, we can get started on installing your custom LED lighting solution! You can expect our master electricians will be involved in every aspect of the installation to ensure that the process goes smoothly from start to finish.
